1. Introduction
By registering as an affiliate in our program, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. These terms govern your participation in our affiliate program, and by participating, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Affiliate Responsibilities
As an affiliate, you agree to promote our digital products in a legal, ethical, and truthful manner. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your marketing activities comply with all applicable laws, including data protection and anti-spam laws. Misleading, deceptive, or unethical promotion practices are strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of your affiliate account.
3. Commissions and Payments
You will earn commissions based on qualifying sales made through your unique affiliate link or through the use of your unique affiliate discount code. A qualifying sale is defined as a sale of our digital product to a customer who clicks through your affiliate link or uses your discount code, completes a purchase, and does not request a refund within the refund period.
We reserve the right to change the commission rates and payment terms at any time. Payments will be made on a monthly basis. Please note that there is a 20-day buffer period after a purchase during which the customer may request a refund or cancel the product. Once this buffer period has passed, commissions for qualifying sales will be processed and paid out at the beginning of the following month.
4. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the affiliate program at any time, with or without cause, by providing notice. If terminated for violating these terms, you will forfeit any unpaid commissions.
5. Modifications
We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued participation in the affiliate program after any modification shall constitute consent to such modifications.
6. Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (or any loss of revenue, profits, or data) arising out of or in connection with your participation in the affiliate program, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
