Blender Queue prioritizes customer satisfaction. If you encounter issues with our services that we cannot resolve, we may offer a refund within the first 30 days of your subscription start date.

  1. Eligibility for Refund: Refunds are available for subscription fees within the first 30 days of the subscription start date. This policy applies to all subscription plans, ensuring you have ample time to evaluate our service.

Refund Request Process: To initiate a refund, please contact our support team at support@blenderqueue.com with your account information, subscription details, and a brief explanation of your dissatisfaction. Our team will review your request and may ask for additional information to understand the issue fully.
  3. Review and Resolution: All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We aim to resolve issues efficiently and may offer solutions such as service adjustments or technical support to meet your needs before processing a refund.
  4. Refund Issuance: If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method used for the subscription. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
  5. Non-Refundable Circumstances: Please note that after the initial 30-day period, subscription fees are generally non-refundable. Exceptions to this policy are rare and made at our discretion, primarily in cases of unresolved service issues that significantly impact your use of Blender Queue.
